Three rims · One frame
Three hoops. Nobody waits.
Serving Flint · Burton · Grand Blanc · Flushing
Side By Side Mobile Hoops rents a three-hoop mobile basketball trailer for birthday parties, block parties, parades, school and church events, and company picnics across mid-Michigan — Flint, Saginaw, Bay City, and the towns between. The trailer carries three hand-airbrushed backboards on one steel frame with rims set at staggered heights, red rims, and safety netting on the back and sides, so a dozen kids can shoot at the same time instead of standing in a line. It also rolls in parade mode, towed behind a pickup with rainbow tinsel. Packages start at $349 for two hours, and you book by picking a date and sending a request — we text back within 24 hours.

Hoops
Trailer, ready to roll

In the news
They came out to the rig, put a mic in a kid's hand, and let him call the game. That's about how our events go.
How it works
Send the date, the address, and how many players.
We text back within 24 hours to confirm.
The trailer arrives early, hitched and loaded.
We park it, drop the netting, and pump the balls.

Three rims open at once — no line, no turns.
We break down after and leave the spot clean.

Who we set up for
Same rig, same three rims. What changes is the crowd around it.
Tinsel on, lights up, towed behind the pickup down the middle of the route.
Turn the street into a court. Neighbors bring chairs and stay all evening.
Open grass, a dozen kids shooting at once, nobody standing in a line.
The kids never go inside. Three rims means every guest gets shots, not a turn.
Rotate groups through all morning — grass, gravel, or lot.
Run a shooting bracket at lunch. Somebody's boss is going to lose.

The lowest rim
One rim means a line. Three rims at three heights means a three-year-old getting lifted up for her first shot while her cousins keep shooting two feet away. That's the product, and this is the photograph of it.
Our story
A mom and her son started Side By Side Mobile Hoops out of Flint, and the name came from the driveway before it ever came from a trailer.
One of them needed a ten-foot rim. The other one needed something lower. Dropping the hoop meant somebody sat out, and raising it meant somebody stopped trying. So they stopped taking turns and put up a second one.
That's the whole idea, and it's now three rims on one frame at three different heights. Every person at your event gets a shot that's actually theirs. The eight-year-old doesn't wait. The uncle who still thinks he's got it doesn't have to bend down.
We're a family business. When we roll up, it's us — and we stay until the last kid takes the last shot.

Word of mouth
"My six-year-old made her first basket ever on the low rim while her brother was shooting on the one next to her. That photo is on our fridge."
"They were set up before the first guest showed and the kids never came inside. Best money we spent on that party."
"Three rims meant every grade could actually score. We rotated groups through all morning and nobody stood in a line."

FAQ
Enough room to park the trailer with open space in front of it — a wide driveway, a parking lot, a stretch of grass, or a closed street. If you can fit a pickup and trailer, you can fit us.
No. The rig is fully self-contained. Nothing plugs in, so we can set up in the middle of a field.
Three backboards on one steel frame, with the rims set at staggered heights. Little kids shoot at the low rims and older kids and adults shoot at the high ones — at the same time, not in turns.
Yes. Parade mode is the tinsel fringe, the lights, and the trailer towed behind a pickup down your route with kids shooting off the back. Tell us your route and step-off time.
You can move to a covered lot, or reschedule once at no charge up to two hours before your start time. If we cancel for weather, your deposit is refunded in full.
Three to six weeks is typical for summer weekends. We take last-minute dates when the calendar allows — text us and ask.
Packages run $349 for two hours, $549 for four hours, and $849 for six hours with an attendant. A $100 deposit holds your date and applies to the balance.
Free delivery within 25 miles of Flint, including Burton, Grand Blanc, Flushing, Davison, and Fenton. Saginaw, Bay City, and Midland are regular runs. Beyond 25 miles it's $2 per mile, quoted before you book.
Yes. Same family business, second product line: full-wrap printed basketballs made from your own photos, set in a clear display case on a lit base. People order them for senior night, memorials, coach retirements, championships, and team gifts. Text us the photos and we'll talk through the design.
Whatever you've got — action shots from the season, a portrait, the team logo or mascot. Send them by text and we'll tell you which ones will print well before anything gets made.
Every ball we've built has been finished in a clear case on a lit base with a numbered placard. Ask us when you inquire and we'll confirm exactly what's included with yours.
